
Rosa Connally
Dental Hygienist
Rosa has been a part of our practice since 1988. She describes her daily work as quite fulfilling. She works with children and adults providing many services, including cleanings, making impressions, and various periodontal treatments prescribed by Dr. Martin.
A graduate of Saltillo High School, she received an Applied Science Degree from Northeast Community College in Booneville.
Rosa and her husband, Tom, have been married since 1988 and have two amazing girls, Monica and Montana.
On her days off, she enjoys the outdoors with activities including boating, skiing, and bike riding. She attends church at Unity Baptist Church where she enjoys participating with youth activities and playing the piano in the music department on occasion.
Rosa says that working for Dr. Martin was a part of God’s plan for her life. Blessing her with patients that seem like family and the most understanding boss that anyone could have.

Karen Brinton
Dental Hygienist
Karen Brinton joined Dr. Martin’s staff in February 2007. A native of North Carolina, she and her family moved to Tupelo in 1987. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1976.
Karen and her husband, Bob, are proud parents to three children, Erin, Lindsey, and David. The youngest is in college, so she is adjusting to her “empty nest” by remaining active in her church and community. She also enjoys traveling to visit her daughters, reading, and cross-stitching.
Her part-time employment with Martin Dental Clinic has been a joy. The staff and Dr. Martin are so easy to work with and she appreciates how much they all care about their patients.
Lisa joined our staff as a dental assistant in October 2007. She came to our practice with five years experience in the dental field.
She is a graduate of Mooreville High School and attended Itawamba Community College in Fulton. Lisa received her radiology permit from Hinds Community College in Pearl.
She is married with one son, Wes, who is her “star athlete,” playing several sports. Lisa enjoys the outdoors, crafts, reading, and refinishing furniture in her spare time.
She says that she loves the laid back atmosphere at Dr. Martin’s office. He is very patient and always willing to teach new things about dentistry.
Renee has been at the practice since 1995. She assisted Dr. Martin for nine years before becoming his office manager.
She manages all administrative functions of the practice including scheduling, insurance, billing, payroll, financing, marketing, and a lot of what she calls “good old-fashioned customer service”.
She is a graduate of Tupelo High School and attended Itawamba Community College. Renee has completed various continuing education courses throughout her years at the practice, and received her radiology permit through the University of Tennessee.
Renee has one daughter, Morgan, and is very active in her church and community. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Saltillo, where she facilitates the Divorce Care Ministry, and serves as the Casting Director for their Drama Ministry. She loves the beach, reading, spending time with friends and family, and she is an avid Mississippi State fan.
Renee says that Dr. Martin is very easy to work for. He is really understanding and fun to be around. He truly values his employees and his patients.

Susan Lansdell
Receptionist
Susan joined our practice in October 2007 in the role of patient services representative.
She is a graduate of Mantachie High School and attended Itawamba Community College.
Susan has worked in the medical field for several years in the past, and she is also a licensed cosmetologist. But, her most rewarding job before joining our staff was being a stay at home mom.
She and her husband, Phil, have two sons, Nick and Evan. They enjoy attending and participating in various sporting activities. Susan and her family are active members of Unity Baptist Church.
She says that working for Dr. Martin has really made her transition back into the work force a great experience.

Kelly Key
Dental Assistant
Kelly joined our practice in July, 2009. She has over 13 years in the dental field as a chairside assistant. Kelly assists Dr. Martin in all dental procedures making sure that the patient is as comfortable as possible. She takes xrays and makes sure Dr. Martin has everything he needs for the procedure at hand.
Kelly is a graduate of South Pontotoc Attendance Center and attended Northwest Community College, where she was a member of the Rodeo Team. She received her Radiology permit thru Northeast Community College in 1997.
Kelly and her husband, Bob, live in the Jericho community in Union County. They have one beautiful daughter, Emma Claire, who is 18 months old. Besides spending time with her family, Kelly enjoys competing with her horses and being outdoors.
Kelly says that working here has been a refreshing change. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere and the fact that Dr. Martin is so easy to work for. She enjoys being part of a great dental team!
