Veneers Overview
Get the smile you’ve always wanted.
If you have cosmetic issues like chipped or unusually shaped teeth, veneers may be an option for you. Veneers are thin porcelain shells placed on the front of teeth to give a more attractive appearance.
Part of the process includes a minimal reduction of the tooth structure. Depending on the number of veneers being placed, a patient may be able to have this completed in one visit. However, larger cases may take between 2 to 3 days.
What to Expect
Get a glimpse of what your visit will be like.
- To begin, some of the tooth enamel will be removed, and an impression will be taken.
- The impressions will be taken for the veneers to be created.
- On the next visit, the veneers will be tested to fit, and bonded to the teeth.
- A followup visit may be needed to check on the veneers.
